Alloy 800 is a kind of solid solution, high strength and austenitic Nickel-ferrum-chrome alloy, which can control C, Al, Ti, Mn properly. It has following features:
1. Favorable anti-corrosive and high temperature resistant property
2. Good mechanical property under 600 degree Centigrade
3. Excellent resistance to oxidation, reduction and nitridation
4. Easy for processing
Application
1. Heating component pipe-favorable machanical property
2. Acetic anhydride cracking-resistance to corrosion in the course of processing as for 600 degree Centigrade condition, the products are supplied as anneal situation. As for applying to high temperature envirnment, it is advised to be supplied for the alloy as solution and anneal situation. |
